Fashion in Korea




Perfectly set up in a basin with a backdrop of low mountains, Daegu or officially known as Daegu Metropolitan City is the fourth largest city of South Korea and is situated southeast of Korean Peninsula. This fascinating destination of East Asia is the capital city of Gyeongsangbuk-do province and is also a main tourist destination of the country. Whether it is the colorful cultural scene or the magnificent historical sites or the new trendy fashion style, Daegu has all attractive features to captivate travelers.

Serving as a centre of transportation junction of Geumho and Nakdong rivers, this modern bustling city of South Korea is very well connected with all the regions of the country through various modes of transport. Among all modes, Daegu Airport has a special place as it connects the city with international destinations. But the first thing that comes to mind spontaneously when we talk about this modern city is its textile industry sector. Known as the "Fashion City" of South Korea, the most significant shopping area is the central business district known by the name of 'Dongseongno'.
